Once the mobile application is launched, the M2Active Mobile Application Lifecycle Platform provides comprehensive reporting and analytics. Each request to the server can potentially be logged for reporting. The most common parameters about mobile application usage and users are included in standard reporting, as well as information about the mobile devices used and a distribution over the OS versions, like iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, Symbian, Windows, J2ME and Bada.
Usage of specific features can also be tracked, tailored to customer request or the nature of the application. Examples are analytics about mobile advertisement, transactions, usage of call to actions, or usage of categories within the mobile application.
Reports are refreshed each day and available for viewing online. All data is presented in list, tabular or graphical views, depending on the nature of the information. Integration with customer analytics systems is available on request.
