Background Story: Multi Tank Card B.V. is the organisation that delivers national and international fuel cards for business car drivers in the Netherlands, and is the preferred supplier for leasing companies, SMEs and large fleet owners.
Fuel charge cards are big business and because the amounts concerned are significant the security issues are particularly important. Service2Media can provide multiple levels of secure authentication interacting with both the device credentials and the back-end server, which was particularly important in this case.
It is also very important that such an App works on a wide variety of platforms to support aby device that a driver wishes to use. The use of our design once and deploy on multiple platforms was also key to their choice of development platform and the App will continue to evolve as new devices require support.
Functionality: The Multi Tank Fuel Charge Card App allows users to declare their fuel expense claims in real time using their mobile phone. It provides drivers with a safe and secure way to fill their fuel tank and pay for the fuel in the Netherlands and over 3,500 petrol stations across Europe.
